Poem

When you try to encroach my freedom,
I will resist.
When you try to control my reasons,
I will resist.
When you dismiss my voice,
I will shout out my right.
When you take my family and burn my house,
I will not be shattered, I will not stop being tough.
Do what you may. Do what you please.
There is a growing resistance living in me.
Your greed for power, you hunger I see.
I will resist the destruction you are trying to bring onto me.

I will resist everything that is wrong to me.
I am strength.
I am peace.
I am my people begging to be free.
I am the voice, a collective voice,
coming together for an end release.
I am love, resisting hatred.
I will stand for my right.

When you try to encroach my freedom,
I will resist.
When you try to control my reasons,
I will resist.

I belong to a new generation.
We are all connected through a powerful medium.
Go ahead and sell the media. Commit treason.
We will revolt. We will unite.
We will get together to raise our voice.

You cannot walk all over me. I am not alone.
I am strength.
I am peace.
I am my people begging to be free.
Open my reigns and release me,
because I can control my own destiny.
