The Unknown Writers

Poem

There are millions
of unknown writers,
unheard souls
publishing their words in the wind.

They are born, they live and die
in silence to your ear
just because you do not understand
their tongue.

They write about death, forgiveness,
illness, beauty, the smell after war,
the illusion of peace, dreams,
sea, spring and songs,
they worship life as they know it.

They smile to life and hope
you will understand some day
what it is like to be
unknown.
