A Walk in the Forest

I run beside the river’s pass
Barefoot dancing on the grass
A hat upon my head is set
A bag I carry – no regret

A book in hand, my heart is free
The mountain calls, it beckons me
The wind whispers through my hair
The sun’s warm touch is everywhere

Through forest deep, my path is drawn
With nature’s voice, I wander on
And now I know – the mountain’s me
The forest walk is harmony
