Do I Deserve It

Poem

 

You trusted me
I failed…
You loved me
I hated…

You gave me bliss.
it faded away…
Sunny morning kiss
all is now astray

I know what I did
bad and dark it was
forgiveness is a gift
for which I cannot ask.

What’s coming then?
Darker days and colder nights?
Loneliness without  a friend,
eternity with cruelsome fights?

Whom shall I pray?
The One I failed?
