Poem

One lives with a weakened soul
Wearing the armor of a coated past
Fighting to change the unchanged
Directions to choice are blasting a cask.

Strange sights forging this war
Canvassing the lands unknown
Constructing visions of satisfaction
It’s alright to be unsure what’s about to be.

Be the rules in the voyage
The boat will rock
The sands will be quick
Concluding this be easy
Could be a fast way down.

Fight back for your life
Fight back to rock the boat
Fight back like never before
Fight back to make the change.

Get up off the beach
The sands tight hold
Has little concern
In seeing you win.

Use the armor of your Gods
Give no wavering chances
It’s now your ship embarking
Be ready before you start drowning.

Set forth now your ideas
there will be plenty to say
To stand out, to be heard
Use your powers to outweigh.

See no more of how it was
Fall upon your inner strengths
Release your armies for it is over now
Lay back, it’s a hot summer day.

It’s your life you won back
That boat you rocked, now steady
Before today, you were weaker
Changing the haunted past is the victory.
