Winds whisper through the pines
The’r thorny boughs the fronds of ballet dancers
Swaying to and fro upon the Palais Garnier étage
Backlit by Chagall
Floating out and in of moonlight
Trunks bowed from the
Weight of knowing
they carry
The music
